Mexico Combats The Spread.

Street front restaurants of Mexico City
The areas where the artisans with whom we work and the people along the US/Mexico border are now just beginning to see a rapid increase in the number of Covid 19 cases. Mexico has essentially been on "lockdown" mode as long as we have in the U.S., but are now just beginning to feel the impact. Not only does this make it difficult for us to receive the products they create, but more importantly, the economic and social impact for them is far more devastating. There is no government assistance for those in need and although the public healthcare system is available to all citizens, the hospitals were overflowing before this Covid19 crisis arrived.

We sincerely appreciate the patience from all of you who have placed orders with us and have been waiting for a few months at this point. We have not forgotten anyone and we are communicating regularly with all the individuals who create amazing products for us and all the devoted friends and workers who assist us with the transportation and border crossings for every item that is presented on our website. Our thoughts, prayers, and hope for the future extend far beyond the borders of the United States of America.
