All of the sculptures within our Catrina Elegante collection are original works of art, no 2 are ever sculpted and hand-painted to be exactly the same. represent several different facets of life, from beliefs and passions to professions and culture. Her long flowing lab coat and stethoscope(draped around neck) are hand sculpted to give a realistic appearance.

Individual Catrina Eleganté are extremely fragile and delicate. Therefore Zenwaro fulfillment team has developed very specific handling information and instructions. These instructions and policies are provided to individual customers and require purchasing customers full consent and understanding before moving to the packaging and order fulfillment stage.  

The flowers at the base of her dress lend a beautiful accent, and are inspired by the lush jungle vegetation native to Michoacán Mexico, where this Catrina was created.

This is an original sculpture was crafted completely by hand by the renowned and very talented artist Marcos Perez. This and all other Catrinas that Sr. Perez sculpts are kiln fired for several hours in a traditional red brick oven. All of the sculptures within our Catrina Elegante collection are original works of art, each is created to represent several different facets of life, beliefs, professions and culture both present and past.
