-Immediately after successfully placing your order you will receive an automated response containing notification that your order has been received and our fulfillment will begin processing, assembling, and packaging your order.
If you have immediate questions, concerns, or requests you can submit your questions by simply responding to this automated email and we will promptly respond at our earliest convenience.
 -Standard Packing / Handling Lead Time and Shipping Turn Around for in-stock Orders is regularly 1 -2 business day(s).
-In the case that we are out of stock of the item(s) you have ordered we will contact you immediately with an estimated lead time, a full explanation of the situation, and an array of options most suitable for you.

⚛︎After you checkout, our fulfillment team immediately begin preparing and packing the item(s) for shipping.
-We take great care in the handling and packaging of our products. The Zenwaro™ fulfillment team has a combined two decades of experience in packaging / handling an array of fragile to highly valuable products. From small parcel to large freight, importation logistics, and international shipping services. We have shipped our products to every continent in the world. We are always improving our knowledge on how to properly prepare all of our products for a safer and more secure voyage! ♛
-90% of the materials we use to pack all orders are from recycled or repurposed materials! All of our packing material are clean and safe for handling. This is a unique and sustainable aspect of our service in which we take great pride in providing.
-All of our shipments are insured for the full retail value with each carrier that we contract.
-As soon as the order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will include very important receiving instructions, tracking number(s) and a URL link to the preferred carrier’s website.
 -It is extremely important the both the purchaser and recipient precisely follow our receiving instructions. Denying to follow our defined receiving instructions may negate any possibility of submitting a claim(to the carrier) on your behalf and subsequent replacement or reimbursement, in the rare and unfortunate case of damage.
-It is the purchasers responsibility to make sure (or notify the recipient) to review receiving instructions we will not forward “shipping emails” to 3rd parties not affiliated with transaction.
-If there are any special instructions please enter the details in the “Special Instructions” field during check out process or simply contact us immediately.
-The procedures defined above are subject to change as we advance and improve our techniques to accommodate each customer and each order to the very best capabilities.
-Our preferred small parcel carriers- USPS, UPS, FedEX, and DHL
-Our preferred freight LTL carrier- Saia Freight Carrier, YRC, Affordable Overnite, and various 3PL providers.
-Shipping fees are non-refundable.
