Fixed to every chunky ball cap is a natural cork that we tediously shave and shape per-individual decanter ensuring a snug-tight fit into the bottle neck. The green glass agave sprouting from the base of the bottle is a nod to the tequila and mezcal making process and artisanal culture that has existed in the highlands of Jalisco, Guanajuato, and few other states of Mexico.
Skilled artisans use lampwork techniques to create the intricate agave glass sculpture in the bottom of the glass decanter. The lampwork free-form agave sculpture is sculpted to be universally unique therefore no two bottles will have the same agave sculpture. The deep natural green tint is achieved by mixing natural non-toxic elements like magnesium and calcium during the heating process.

Our talented artisans mouth-blow each Agave Decanter and ball cap from recycled glass. Discarded glass bottles are received from local recycling collectors. The disposed glass is sorted, crushed, and heated in large kilns where temperatures reach 1700˚F. Once the molten hot glass is of proper consistency, it is mouth-blown into a custom-designed mold. To achieve the green laced rim and matching green agave sculpture master glass-blowers add natural and non-toxic minerals like calcium and manganese while the glass is molten hot. This generation's old technical process provides a striking transparent and lasting color.
