Description

Finely hand sculpted ceramic Catrina, inspired by the explosion of rock music onto pop culture during the 1980's and Mexican folk-art. From punk rock to heavy metal and hair metal, these raw and vibrant musical genres have made an impact on modern society like no other musical genre. The attitude, energy, and artistic expression found in rock’n roll and punk rock has inspired us for many years. Sculpted from ceramic and hand painted to perfection by the very talented Delgado Perez of Michoacán Mexico. In Mexico rock’n roll, heavy metal, and punk have made are extremely popular and “the devil may care” attitude is intertwined with the Dia de los Muertos celebrations.
