This planter is 100% terracotta clay. Crafted over 40 years ago from natural sediments by way of more traditional clay-working and natural kiln firing. Aside from being a heavier than mass produces terracotta planters of similar size. The texture is more porous and the terracotta colors vary more than pots found at home improvement stores and nurseries.
