Artisan Story
A Brief History of Tequilero.

The term "tequilero" refers to Mexican national citizens who helped to smuggle alcohol into the United States during an era of Prohibition from 1920 to 1933, a time when the United States outlawed the sale, manufacture, and transportation of non-religious alcohol.

Tequilero de Primera is a certification bestowed upon someone who has completed an approved seminar on tequila and is therefore authorized to promote tequila from Mexico. Seminars and eventual certification can be obtained from the Western Mexican state of Jalisco.

Happy to Support Zenwaro vs amazon!

This is beautiful, I love the design and the color. It will be nice to have while sitting outside barbequing. I first found these on Amazon and almost bought it there where I would not have to pay for shipping but the pattern and color was not what I wanted so I opted to pay a little extra for what I really wanted. I'm glad I did. It came packaged well, no damage, it is in excellent condition. Love it!
